The BlackSwan Waterfront Motel is a small family owned and operated business. Your happiness is our success. Situated in the heart of Swansea the gateway to beautiful Lake Macquarie. Whilst the BlackSwan is an older motel every effort has been made to maintain the BlackSwan to a standard expected of motels of today. With one exception the BlackSwan has a special ambience that other motels fail to offer. We believe a motel stay is more then sitting in a room looking at a wall or staring at a fence. At the BlackSwan you have room with a VIEW. Even our garden rooms have something to offer and a few steps around the building is the waterfrontage.
