General Information

BY CAR:

From the South - Take the freeway (F3) north from Hornsby, turn off at the SWANSEA exit which leads you to Swansea, we are on the right AFTER the round-a-bout (McDonald’s), go through the town and before the bridge U turn to travel south back to the motel now on your left on the service road before the round-a-bout.

From the North - Head for Newcastle, then through Charlestown, Belmont and Blacksmiths across the bridge (Lake Macquarie entrance) for 1/2 km we are on your left on the service road before the round-a-bout.

BY BUS:

Many national tourism coaches drop-off and pick-up near the BlackSwan. You can also use the Government Transport Network with train travel to Newcastle then on of many Newcastle Buses to Swansea and our doorstep.

BY BOAT:

From the Pacific Ocean travel through Swansea Heads and then left into Black Ned’s Bay accessing the motel via our jetty.

BY AIR:

Newcastle airport has transport via the Nelson Bay coach line out of the Newcastle city allowing you to use the Public transport from Newcastle to Swansea or you can be driven to our doorstep by Network All Travel or Happy Cabby .Contact us for information on these services.
