We are located in the heart of Swansea just a short stroll to all shops, restaurants and clubs—many of which also offer a shuttle service. We have both waterfront and garden rooms. Most are set for doubles or twins and as the waterfront is not fenced is suitable to singles, couples and small adult groups. The Blackswan is located on the southbound side of the highway passing through Swansea and sits on Black Ned’s Bay offering outstanding water views. All rooms are ground floor and have RC air-conditioners, ensuites, remote TV, tea & coffee facilities, kettle, toaster, microwave, fans, hair dryer, irons/boards, electric blankets, free in-house movies. The BlackSwan has its own jetty for guest to use and enjoy. Many guests both individual or groups make use of this by mooring their boats for the stay, hence stepping from bed to jetty to boat and hopefully to fish using the BBQ to cook the catch for lunch or dinner. Whilst staying at the BlackSwan you can choose to make use of all the attractions Lake Macquarie and the surrounding area has to offer. The Lake Macquarie tourism office is directly across the street from the motel here you can get all the information and maps for the attractions in the area, the friendly staff are only too happy to help. You can also choose to sit by the water and just relax. |
